Kids yoga is a fun and interactive session designed to introduce children to the benefits of yoga. Through playful movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, kids develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive and engaging environment.
Everyone is welcome! Younger kids enjoy play-based yoga while older kids (grades 3–5) take on leadership roles as helpers and role models.
