Kids yoga is a fun and interactive session designed to introduce children to the benefits of yoga. Through playful movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, kids develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a supportive and engaging environment.
This year we’re alternating sessions each month:
All Ages (K–5): February & April: Younger kids explore yoga through play, while older kids step into leadership roles as helpers and role models.
Older Kids Only (Grades 3–5): January & March: These sessions dive deeper into real yoga sequences, breathwork, and relaxation practices to inspire focus, confidence, and strength.
